Hey, I'm Johnny

I am a nurturer, architect of "aha", and advocate of wonder and why.  

I have spent over two decades traveling across the country as well as internationally throughout Toronto, London, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and China as a sought after speaker, teacher, performer, and coach. In addition to a thriving career as both director and actor on stage and screen, my journey has taken me from co-founding multiple successful companies to a leadership role with a multimillion-dollar business, serving as faculty at several universities, and coaching at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. I have been fortunate to work with some of the best of the best in their respective fields; from Academy award, Tony award, and Drama Desk award winners, to NCAA and PGA coaches of the year, and countless students who have gone on to compete and perform at the highest levels. This range has given me extensive experience collaborating in performance-based leadership as well as partnering with students and student-athletes to bring a proven, unique, and innovative voice to a wide range of teams.
