Hey, I'm Johnny

I am a nurturer, architect of “aha”, and advocate of wonder and why. Drawing on my extensive and wide-ranging experience, I have cultivated a distinct and innovative voice in the mental skills and performance training arenas. 

Over the past two decades I have been dedicated to working and traveling nationally and internationally as a sought-after speaker, teacher, and performer. My diverse career encompasses directing and acting on stage and screen, successfully co-founding multiple organizations, and leadership roles throughout multimillion dollar companies. Over that time, I have also had the honor of serving on faculty at several Universities and coaching at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. I have worked and learned alongside world-class talents ranging from professional athletes to Tony Award and Drama Desk award winners, and have collaborated with outstanding coaches spanning all levels and including minor league, NCAA, and PGA coaches of the year. But perhaps what I’m most proud of are the countless students I have partnered with who have gone on to learn, compete, and perform at the highest levels.
